Unfortunately we don't have any NL accounts at the moment. Currently we only have France, UK, Italy, Germany Accounts.

There is no language limitation, you can advertise website of any language and you can most definitely setup ads in your preferred language too.

i saw that gambling is not a good idea, sad ....what about Clickbank? or digistore? anyone can approve they work?

Unfortunately gambling ads are against google TOS, some of pro. users are able to bypass it via cloaking links etc.. If you want i can provide you a couple account at discounted price if you buy in bulk so you can test out some campaigns using cloaking links, etc.. to see if you can make this work.

While most URLs do not get blacklisted, it is possible for some to be blacklisted depending on the content and Adwords' reaction to it. If you are concerned about the possibility of your URL being blacklisted, I strongly suggest redirecting traffic to your main URL through landing pages.
