Crypto payments on Shoppy.gg

Hey! Are there people registered on Shoppy.gg and doing their business with crypto payments? I don't quite understand how it works for them. The day before yesterday I take a sale on my order and I received a notification that the bitcoin transaction was successful, but nothing was received to my connected wallet. In addition, the order information displays another wallet that does not belong to me. After checking it through the scanner, I saw that indeed, the funds for my goods have arrived, but when will they get to me? The site support is not responding, they haven't even registered my ticket.

Hi, Shoppy is a discontinued project they are not updating their project anymore and there are many bugs with the payment system and the site in general, I recommend to switch to Sellix or Sell App

They use their own wallet as a middle-man, you should get the crypto from Shoppy as soon as it's confirmed. Check if your wallet address is correct, never had any issues with them.

yes, my wallet address is absolutely correct. payment for my order was received at this address 3GjxxEBK3L7q2KHMQv6eNnNtcosM16Em2u 4 days ago and that's it. no more movements. I doubt that this money will reach me.

I hope I will receive it soon. I am receiving successful orders on my shop. It was on the stats that I've made a sale but not receiving it in my Bitcoin wallet.

I have 12 successful orders worth $800 .no amount passes to my wallet from shoppy .chexked my wallet is good.contacted shoppy.gg 3 times..no reaponse.comes as servor error
