Crypto payments on Shoppy.gg

From my point of view is very good, because with BTC there is no refund, if you are scammed by a seller it is not soppy's fault and they will not act like a judge to decide who is right the vendor or the client (even if they act like a judge there will always be someone upset and will say something bad about the platform).
For "safety" there is paypal, there you can ask for a refund but you also need valid reasons and all kinds of proofs that you were scammed.

Then what is the reason for this ?

Even in the darkweb and darkest marketplaces, you can report the seller if he isn't providing what was promised. And they answered me they will take care of case and punish the seller, but they just ignored it.

The button is there for legal reasons but they are not judges to decide if you are right or not...the button is there to report illegal things like guns/drugs/ products. Only PayPal is doing this but I already saw all kinds of guides on "how to ask for a refund" - this is a clear sign that people are looking to abuse the system. I also sold a video guide and the client filed a report that he had not received the product, I am a scammer stealing money etc but guess what? There were logs in the download link on the server. Another client claimed that the product is faulty but after I told him I can send the product by email, he ignored all my messages. What if a bunch of guys fills a complaint about all my products? I will be categorized as a scammer although I haven't done anything.

I am too old for useless arguments and I don't know why are you defending it like you are the owner.

Like I said, I already contacted them, and they asked for a proof that the seller hadn't delivered the product, and I provided it. So, your aregument is useless as they themselves hadn't deny it. And now you are giving excuses for the button!

And just to finish this whole logic from the ground, you based it on that they accept crypto so they are not judges! Well, they support paypal and stripe as well! So, stop pulling things from thin air and try to convince us! I am a grown man and I can have my own opinion and I don't need you to tell me what is a scam and what is not!

Moreover, I bought from shoppy.gg/somestore! This makes them legally responsible of the delivery or the product and authenticity of their sellers!

Another thing, if they can't allow drugs, weapons and illegal stuffs .. then, scamming is illegal as well! It's the same thing, and if they make sure one doesn't happened, they are responsible for the other. Actually, selling drugs and actually delivering it, better than simply stealing from people.. so, stop wasting our time with your nonesense!

Finally, if this is normal like you claim, you wouldn't have the urge to defend it.

No, they are not responsible because they are not doing KYC for vendors :)
You will always receive a download link after your transaction is confirmed - here their job is over and they will get 5% of the product's value for this.
If the product is not what you asked, well.... it is a problem with the vendor, not with shoppy (middleman).
If you read their TOS you will understand many things.
BTW - OP entered a wrong BTC address, this is why he has not received the money, not because shoppy is a scam site - this is a simple case.

Do they have any support? They do not respond to emails or opened tickets, anyone knows how to get in touch with them? BTC transaction is stuck there during days

Shoppy payment has issues for 2 days now but it seems the project is dying.
