Crypto payments on Shoppy.gg

Hey! Are there people registered on Shoppy.gg and doing their business with crypto payments? I don't quite understand how it works for them. The day before yesterday I take a sale on my order and I received a notification that the bitcoin transaction was successful, but nothing was received to my connected wallet. In addition, the order information displays another wallet that does not belong to me. After checking it through the scanner, I saw that indeed, the funds for my goods have arrived, but when will they get to me? The site support is not responding, they haven't even registered my ticket.
Any update?

have you checked on the blockchain explorer? is there ever transaction on the wallet?
i used shoppy gg no problem so far. altough i only accept LTC payment on it, since btc and eth gass is expensive
i checked you wallet and it only receive one payment on 19 april for arround 150usd

Why shoppy? Choose a better platform.
How do you know which website is better than another website?
Usually, people are looking to have cheap fees and they should be old in the market, if these conditions are met the platform is ok.
In this case, it looks like op entered a wrong address, it is not Shoppy's fault.

Hi, Shoppy is a discontinued project they are not updating their project anymore and there are many bugs with the payment system and the site in general, I recommend to switch to Sellix or Sell App
Since when is a discontinued project? And what bugs do you know and we don't know about it?
They are still live and they accept new users and it's been more than a year since I don't have any problem with them.

I have a question
Which details (product title ...) are given on paypal transaction though shoppy.gg?
And Does the buyer can add title for the product and is there is any risk of paypal limitation
I just wonder since paypal is against most digital products

Is the title you enter for your product and if you are limited on paypal is not shoppy's fault.
Shoppy and paypal are two different entities, if you are doing something against paypal, they will limit your account.
Is paypal against digital products or not? It should be a clear statement like black or white.

Stay away from them .. its a scam

Stay with Sellix although I have no idea why would you pay anyone a cut from your revenue while there is woocommerce for free

...
How do you know they are a scam? I'm curious because it's been almost 2 years since I use them without problems. Paypal payment was always on time and also there is no problem with BTC.

Buying or selling in those digital products selling platforms is for paypal a suspicious activities and your account can be limited, for sellix they don't mention that you bought from sellix and the product titled in paypal transaction "Digital Product" nothing else
I just wonder what's the case in shoppy.gg

If you use VPN/proxy to access your pp account or if you get a certain number of paypal payments from unverifiied accounts or maybe you are new to sell products on pp, they will ask you what you are selling and that's all, they won't limit your account. Even if it is a limitation after you answer to their questions they will remove the limitation. In shoppy if you write the title Digital Product #1 , #2, #3... you can sell with shoppy as many digital products as you want but sooner or later pp will ask you what you are selling because it is a standard procedure that from time to time to ask you about your products.

I regularly buy from all crypto commerce platforms. They don't have any monitoring system for their sellers. I have contacted them about many of their seller scams and they just ignored it

Is there any woocommerse template? Ready for selling digital goods?

From my point of view is very good, because with BTC there is no refund, if you are scammed by a seller it is not soppy's fault and they will not act like a judge to decide who is right the vendor or the client (even if they act like a judge there will always be someone upset and will say something bad about the platform).
For "safety" there is paypal, there you can ask for a refund but you also need valid reasons and all kinds of proofs that you were scammed.

I recommend sellix, I never had this problem with them.
