All my sites are down too. Can Mods please contact the seller of this thread and see whats up?

I have 25+ sites offline right now.... We were told it would be a 20 to 6o min downtime.

Expected one hour of downtime on March 20th GMT. If they knew that this shit show was coming, they should have let us know so that we could have gotten prepared. Absolutely terrible.

Yes you're absolutely right.

If hostgnome would have given us a heads up, I'm sure most of us would have moved our sites. I myself have five other hosting accounts that can easily take on my current sites that are at hostgnome.

What a headache, it's 3:00 a.m. where I'm living here in Canada. This is absolutely unprofessional.

Well my sites are back up now, hope they don't go down again..

The cPanel move was completed yesterday, the issue with downtime this morning was an error on the new cPanel server that was misconfigured causing the server to overload. It's been stable since we fixed it this morning.

Same thing here.
It's more than 24 hours now and still don't understand the time frame for resolution
Your site should not be offline for 24 hours, only the few hours of downtime this morning. We did sent multiple emails out about the move it sounds like you are not using our nameservers? Please adjust your DNS records to your new IP read https://ca.hostgnome.com/index.php/...ng-cPanel-IP-address-change-20or03or2023.html

However, I must say that, today's incident aside-which can always happen-I am very satisfied with this hosting.

Glad this incident is sorted. This is actually a very good hosting company, Ive used them for years and everything is great. Great support and great speed, never any downtimes.

They might be doing some maintenance. My sites are up. However, I was uploading a new site from my computer and both file manager via cpanel and regular ftp were pretty slow.

Now is come back online again.
Yeap maybe some maintenance.

Yes it's up not a great start since the move. The whole data center was offline we've been with them since December this is the longest outage so far. It should be stable again now.

I have a VPS that was moved in March and now it barely loads at all. Running ssh it times out and fails
I have put in a termination for end of my period, I hope it gets fixed as I'm stuck with it for a month to go.

I can say that Damien took care of my problem very promptly and moved me to a server that works perfect
as I prefer to stay with Gnomehost as my domains are there and great ticket response time

Everyone was sent out an email last night about some emergency maintenance tonight which should resolve the packet loss issues.
