Make sure to clean your entire WordPress website using WordFence for example.
The next thing to do is to clean out your sitemap and resubmit it to Google.
Make sure to clean your sitemap and add it to GSC again. It can take a while before the genuine links are indexed again.

But before resubmitting it, make sure your entire website is clean (clean DB, change passwords, remove infected files, etc.)

1 website ask for activation all the time.

The other one can't find any plugins. Both websites are on generatepress

If we can go to your website and assign which plugin allowed to be auto updated or forced update will be good.
But right now, i can't go to my own website to assign anything as it can't be detected.

Can you please tell me which plugin should I use to create a paid membership site? I want to accept Stripe, PayPal, and crypto like you, which automatically upgrades the account. Also, I want to lock the download link like this or like you that redirects them to the membership sign-up page. Should I go with Paid membership pro or ultimate membership pro? You can use the Restrict Content Pro for that, as it's the most reliable and extensive membership system for WordPress.
 
I am a newbie to wordpress and google adsense, what do i need to pay attention to wordpress for GA to get the best performance

There is no difference, but the plugin functionalities can be extended with the addons, for example, payment gateways for example.

Dunno if you're into Automating stuff. Let's imagine one has a network of websites with a huge database of ready-made content that need to be uploaded to each site using WP All Import. The content needs some cleaning (link replacement) and each site need a front page + menu. The rest is included in the theme template. Of course later on, we'll need to index all these pages in Google.

How would you go about automating all this operation? (we're talking almost 1000 of websites)

I am afraid this task couldn't be automated, as there is no WordPress plugin available to do so.

My best call is to hire a couple of VA's and provide them with clear guidelines.
