Hi Friends,

Facebook locked my account and there is not any method or way to unlock it.
It is the real account and I have access in email and 2factor.
I've tried to change ip, change the device or to clear cache on devices but without success!

Has anyone had success after 1 week or 1 month to unlock the account ?

I think you should try logging in with a mobile device that you previously logged in with before being locked out 956

Where to send the document, there is not any option to upload ID !

Do not worry. Forget it for 2 weeks. and back to login. Facebbok will give you the option to unlock it. Good luck !

For anyone else with the issue, since I'm seeing this again, something must have happened, connection wise, that made your login activity suspicious. That or it's a hiccup on good ol' Meta's side. Try and contact support about it since you own the account and can authenticate your ownership. Otherwise, you're probably gonna have to wait it out for however long it says, which is not ideal.
