There are a lot of ways to do. With my opinion, Just change proxy to U.S and login, leave it for several days, Then it'll turn to Checkpoint with mail code. It's more easy and effective

By the image attached I see that you are using Surfshark VPN, which is a fatal mistake. If you really need to recover this account, do NOT touch it for 3 months, then login with its original IP (the best is the IP you use to create this account), you will have like 40% chance FB will allow you to break the chains using code from email/phone. Goodluck.
