Cloud servers require that you open the ports by setting a security group policy. Let me know if you need any help with that.

They can detect it's coming from a data center, so it'll depend on the platform. For the cost, it should be free to a few dollars depending on what host you go with. Have you tried the script yet?

Seems like I have resolved this issue, something with the package on Ubuntu.
