Is it problem to login other cloud providers(linode, aws etc.) with the proxy we created for digitalocean?

I don't see any reason why that would be a problem. If you have hosting from other providers, why not just create the proxy there?

Also tried testing with Google Cloud Computing (not sure if I set it up correctly) but nonetheless the proxies aren't working :/.

Cloud servers require that you open the ports.

How many days each proxy can last?

Depends on the host and how you use your credits. With AWS for example, you can get a free server for up to a year. Though I haven't tested those.
