I have a problem i was hoping some one could help with. I know Sweetfunny is busy so i thought i would ask here first.

When i do slow comment posting i can't just set it and leave it as every now and then a pop up appears saying something like "security issue - do you wish to continue" or "this sites license is invalid do you want to continue".

This is annoying as i sometimes want to set the comments running while i am at work (or sleeping) but when i get home it has only done 3% (or whatever) of my posts as it stops and waits for me to click continue.

Is there a way round this? I assume there is as i have seen on some SB videos the same pop ups appear but they seem to close by themselves.

Hope someone can help as this is annoying.

I use windows XP and my browser is firefox if that helps.

I am having similar problems. I have downloaded the latest Adobe Flash and I enabled "Don't prompt for client certificate...." and I am still have to babysit Scrapebox to dismiss this error. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get rid of this error.

Running IE8 on Windows 7 (32)

Sweetfunny while i am manually commenting i am getting strage 404 errors starting from today. I tried with proxy without proxy and ALL sites i tried commenting (50) are giving webhost4life 404 error. Is there anything wrong with manual commenting or i have a hijack or something else (scanned the pc tho) with avira and norton.

Bought this nice program about a week ago and have been testing it out a little bit.
getting very low success rate with the auto posting, like 20 out of every 1000 on blogengine sites. But I think thats because of the free proxies im using, gonna buy some tomorrow and check if it improves.

But I would be glad if someone could explain a little about how the spam filthers on various blog systems work?
Some common system that checks for your IP, email, comment text ect and consider it spam if posted on several blogs?

Small suggestion to the tool, in the manage proxy box, it would be nice to be able to save/export selected proxies only. And like others have suggested a remove nofollow blogs feature would be rather cool too.

Maybe you didn't get the pagerank via button "Check Pagerank"?
It export fine url's including pagerank.

Maybe its the case that Scrapebox has a cookie at commentingtime and because of that is seeing the comment after sending the comment. But even when it would work to disable cookies or delete them the same could happen when the blog is using a session.
To be sure it should have cookies enabled and post. After that delete all cookies including session cookies and SB had to reload the page to see if the comment is really there. I think that would result in many people complaining about bandwith...

Thanks for the nice response SebastianJu, I think I found or lemme say, I fixed my own problem.

The solution is to update to the latest version of Internet Explorer. I think, most of the scrapebox problems here are on the browser version, so its really advisable to update to the latest IE version.

For the moment, the old single threaded harvester is still available via the "Settings" menu. But the new harvester is quite quick, some people have been hitting the 2,000-4,000 URL's per second range with it which is about 1/4 Million URL's per minute.

Also "Select URL's to Compare on Domain Level" will allow better control by not posting to the same domain as a previous run rather than just removing specific URL's.

When I ran the auto commenter (for blognegine blogs) with a bunch of different emails, commenttext, sites ect. it gave me the "posted,moderated" message.

But when I opened it in my own internet explorer without any proxies on the comment went through just fine without the moderated stuff.

Why is that?

scrapebox not increasing my ezine article view Since yesterday. t's probably ezine articles that has changed it's script settings to block cheating. I wish ScrapeBox Team to find a solution as soon as possible.

Are you exporting via the Export URL List button or via the Import/Export URL's & PR button?

Similar questions have been asked in this thread (and maybe in other threads as well) in the past week or so about boosting ezine views. Have you read those?

You need a LOT of proxies - 1 per view per run - to start with.

Not aside from buying access to premium proxies.

But I just started a proxy harvest of the "free" sources and about 25% of the proxies are passing the IP Tests so far for me. As a number of people have said, the harvested proxies are what they are - there are a lot of variables involved with proxies in general, and especially when they are being well-tested for use as sbox does - your geo-location, the level of anonymity desired, timeout and connection settings, your ISP, the list of variables in the life of a proxy goes on....

Why is that?

First, ScrapeBox is reporting back its best estimate of the blog's response as quickly as possible - to fully parse call, postback, and call would be horribly time-consuming (trust me, you don't want it - if you think you want it, spend the time to read all 70+ pages of this thread, then if you still think you want it, spend the time to download a packet sniffer, do "normal" web activity in a browser whilst the sniffer is running, then take a look at all the wondrous packets flying around and then if you still think you want sbox to parse through all that data, call me and I'll send you some red pills).

Second, it's likely what you're seeing in IE is due to cookies - they can make it look to you like your comment has already cleared moderation when it actually hasn't. Again, there's info about this behaviour in the thread here if you don't believe me (though again, if you'll just take the red pill, you'll come to believe).
