I don't think such a service exists. There is no such thing as anonymous sim or anonymous internet. Even if you buy a sim card without any documents they'll shut you down sooner or later and can easily track your location.

Thanks for your reply. I am already using NordVpn. Let me explain what i am looking for.
If we use Tails OS. Our internet provider will know that we are using tails os.. So i needed an anonymous sim, whose internet works globally. This way our local internet providers dn't know about us.

You can find registered and active simcards on ebay or even better try to get some local, sure there are some shops that sell them. Just ask them nicely.

For complete security, install your own vpn client in a vps (try to arrange one without kyc). Pritunl for example can be installed for the same.

If you use third party VPNs, they have your log, so you are not really "anonymous".

If you know that guy in germany he can get activated cards on some "kiosk" shop, you know that stores that sell sweets, cigarettes, stuff like that. A lot of that stores also sell simcards if you ask kindly they got actived sims often
