Which ads should i choose?

Hello, I'm starting a local online shop in my country. What ads should I pay(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or something else) and why? And what type of ads? My daily limit is about 10$ a day. Also, this is my first time doing paid ads, so if you have some good videos or articles about that, it would be nice.

Im reselling a fitness smart band. I have made a simple-looking website for just that product. The selling price is about 11$ a piece. Also, I'm from a third-world country.
