I don't recommend ordering from NLOSMM.COM, I am about to report them for scamming.
Their services don't work or doesn't match the offered quality.
When I contacted the customer service (several times because of several services) they apologize, but they don't do anything else. I never got a refund, never got the service I ordered. Let's see how their customer service solves my latest ticket (or not) before I report them.

The problem is resolved. Today, finally, they've cancelled my order of 1000 followers that I played on April 17 and that was still not delivered in 5 days.
My updated review based on my experience so far:
1. Their premium services are not different from the cheap ones, I tried both, I got the same followers.
2. Make sure to order to the correct URL! I've accidentally ordered to a wrong URL and they refused to cancel the order. I didn't even ask for refund, I just asked to not deliver. They didn't stop the delivery, which caused me problems...
3. They barely give refunds, even if they are unable to deliver the ordered service. If they are late, or the profiles don't match the ordered criteria, or simply don't deliver anything, that's still not a reason for refund according to their terms and conditions (that no one reads).
I hope they will work on these problems and provide better service in the future.
