was logged out of my Instagram account and I have 2fa set up. It says it texts me (the phone number is correct and my phone works) but it never ever sends me a code. I’ve tried restarting my phone, the app, uninstalling, using a backup code from a linked account. Nothing works! I can still change my password though because it sends a link for that via email which works fine.
Help!?!

I have access to the phone. It says it sends a text but I just never receive it. Also, I don’t see a way to contact support directly.

Contact support for that. Usually it takes 1 to 2 days for them to respond.

Are you using your mobile data for this? I think it's mostly bad IP related.

That email is no longer valid. They only allow you to contact them through submitting an issue while you are logged into your account.

I wish there was a way to contact them but unfortunately they don’t allow you to.
they have a phone number where you can leave a message but it is not monitored frequently and they mention they will not likely reply
