30, or so, im completely paused on that as I'm just waiting on ezoic and adsense to finish approval, I don't have any reason to believe they wont be approved so I'm just waiting on the approvals before I go hard, it doesn't help its the weekend.
for this case study website I just set a sitewide featured etc and only add a real one when im updating it to human written. I cant stand looking at that garbage that gets generated and I didn't have a way to automate the prompting for image generation.
For the new site, since im going slow on it, every single post had me hand add a featured image. Sorry that I don't have a good solution, im looking for one myself. For the most part its not like many search engines can read without alt text. If you are working on your real website and not a throw away like this one, I suggest you properly add your own featured images to keep quality for now until someone makes an easy way to do this on auto pilot. You can also get an API for the free stock photo websites as that could help you automate some of the images, but even then I don't think the picks they make are always good.

Is it necessary to apply for AdSense with only a few posts? I might have made a mistake as I am currently waiting for approval despite having over 3,000 posts on a site I started just two weeks ago.

bro im dead lmao.
I cant really say if it is necessary or not, its just my view that the LAST thing I want to do is look like some spam site.
So I just applied with a few articles, all the articles I've manually quality checked and edited etc, and prettied up the site so it looks legit.
If I can't get on Adsense and Ezoic then the website is useless to me, so my first priority is building a site I'm 99% sure they will accept without giving me problems or thinking I'm spam.
You might get lucky, but I ain't gonna lie, if you apply with thousands of posts just posted yesterday and someone actually properly looks at the site then I'm not sure what will happen.
I just don't want that chance at all so I'm ensuring I get accepted before doing anything crazy.
If you get in fine tho, please update me cus id like to know.
I have a few hundred but I've kept all the rest in drafts.
Also, was this on an expired domain or a new domain? id love if you can share with me how much have been indexed in the short time they have been up.
If your GSC doesn't have the data yet then please do a site: search of your website. If you don't want to its fine but id like to see it (no need to reveal the domain).

I also start small because even though adsense might accept something really spammy looking, I don't know if ezoic will accept something they think is too spammy so easy, they have dropped their requirements but that doesn't mean I don't still see sites get yeeted for being spammy, non brand-friendly etc etc. The fewer posts you have the easier it is to control quality in order to get acceptances.

I guess I just went crazy and published all the posts. LOL! If they don't approve it, I'm just going to get a new domain and 301 everything after I get approved.
I have 882 Indexed pages.

After it tanks 301 everything to the homepage and put all the content just on that page.

How do you shoot out 100 articles per day? How? I know its AI, but is it an automated process?
Nice good idea lol If they don't approve it, I'm just going to get a new domain and 301 everything after I get approved.

Little update:
I hope id have something better to report but I don't, basically, traffic is still elevated however this week is starting off lower than last week, even in analytics I can see that today is also lower than last week.
As a whole its still higher than before AI.
I looked into the stats and its my main articles / human articles that are lower traffic this week, I checked the ranks on some and they seem the same, I think its likely because of school spring breaks, since this website heavily relies on college students, academic stuff etc etc. Hence why it also dies in holidays.
New domain site: nothing really different, I havent gone crazy on it yet, and the posts that are already on it get indexed slower but nothing im worried about.

Google core begin rolling out, nothing strange seems to have happened to me yet. If it blesses me I will get back snippets, if it kills the website, then lol, rip.

Thanks, I don't know what happened to your site with the plugin, its never given me problems and I just used the most basic out of the box settings, never really messed around with it hard. Try taking it off to check if the issues go away.

Well guys, nothing really new but I wanted to say something about what I think is the negatives of doing this sort of thing.
The dark side of AI blogging I guess.
Which no surprise, is the fact that at a giant scale, it is impossible to quality check your entire website. At least until someone fully figures that out, and if someone were to figure out how to even outsource
the quality checking for with AI then that is probably the end for us lol.
In the years I've been blogging I've never really put out "bad content " before.
Right now AI is decent but its not the best.
Since publishing 10 k articles I've gotten 6 angry emails from readers basically saying my content is shit.
This is on the part that the specific articles they have run into are on extremely niche parts of the topic that the AI had no idea what the heck it was saying.
6 doesn't seem like a lot for 10 k articles but I've never gotten such emails before so it is noticeable for me.
Ive noticed that many of the articles I've been emailed about don't even rank in the top 3 of the term, so it makes me wonder if people are using the report button on such articles? I find it hard to see how these people ran into these articles if they are on page 3 unless they used to rank higher but got knocked down either by user signals or whatever.
I also know many people wouldn't even bother to use the contact page, they would just report if content is bad etc.
So it then makes me wonder if in the long run, the bad articles will drag down the entire website?
I have updated ever article I've been emailed on (you would be surprised how passionate people are about the shit on your site when it deals with something they are an expert on).
Like jeez, all these emails start of with the person being like "no disrespect but"
and by the end they are like "please delete your shit article or update it"
Low key rudest emails I've ever gotten lmao, but I'm not gonna go into detail about the things said to me that were rude, you can imagine it.
One email was 1200 words of the "expert " (I looked the person up and they are real etc) ranting and debunking everything said in the AI article.
Which obviously doesn't feel that good to read but for the sake of updating the article and just running the website I read it.
One of the emailers has said (it is as if you wrote this with chat gpt). (I'm sure the dude knows and its throwing shade)
We are coming up on 1 month since the articles were posted, so in 1 month I've got 6 angry emails, (all 6 are actually from articles made in the second batch of low volume/ comp keywords, I'm guessing since those articles have the most mistakes since the information on such things is lower, so chat gpt has harder time writing for them).
This in some way might be a reason to take the AI content slower just to ensure you don't put out anything that will have people emailing you to curse you out for stupid writing you didn't even read or write.

Yeah at that scale on your own its not possible to fact-check everything, you know what dude, its not too bad, you can run this at lower scale and fact check everything, editing and etc, it works well. I did this with one of my sites worked out very well, those articles even get comments on how helpful it was.
