Mangools is pretty good too if you haven't checked it out. KWFinder / SERPChecker / LinkMiner / SERPWatcher all included in the same reasonably priced subscription.
I use it together with Semrush however.

If you have a few keywords to track there's a FREE chrome extension by nightwatch.
It's called nightwatch search simulator.

Also looking for the cheapest possible one. Serprobot halving their capacity from 300 to 150 means they are doubling their price. Fuck that.

Serpbear is for free, but I have spent hours and hours trying to get it working but to no avail.

Scrapebox has a rank tracker plugin for $37 lifetime, has anyone used it? Maybe people have forgotten about Scrapebox as I haven't seen it mentioned in these SERP tracker threads.
