Hi Guys,
I seem to have met a scammer. I'm looking for a Guest Post. $600 order. But paypa buyer protection seems to have frozen the payment. This person asked me to pay him on another account. And he seems to be very eager to withdraw the balance. I have been looking for a partner at BHW for two years. Never had this problem. This order is for a month. I think this person wants to withdraw the balance as soon as I transfer the money. Can you guys give me some advice?

Trust your gut. If you feel there are red flags then don't go through with it.
I'd never fully trust PayPal to refund, buyer protection or not.

Anything you feel not okay just don't go for it. There are a lot of other service providers and options available so don't take unnecessary risks.

did the original owner sell his account. maybe.
i never had buyer protection freeze a payment. it's probably for your own good.
could be something just went wrong out of your control. or it's a scam. are you ready to lose $600 and dispute it in the shitlist board. or try w/ another vendor.

If paypal freezes your balance. Then paypal will tell you why. But I asked him to show me the tip from paypal. He refused. This is the most suspicious.
