[HELP] Drop in views after going viral

hello, i start a short channel with gologin and different ip with different email after uploading some videos i publish 3 to 5 shorts they getting 1k to 7k views but 3 days ago views drop to no views i publish shorts they getting no views.

1. Why did the sudden drop happen? Is there any specific reason?
2. Should I continue with this channel?

actually my videos apearing in the search so my channel not banned
but i come up with is that there's channels that not goin anywhere from the start and there's channels that see grow in the first but the stoped in the middle and not seeing growth anymore like dying and there's channels that seeing grow for life time
so the solution is to create multiple channels in the same niche but diferrent content to see what is working like launching different compaigns in facebook ads is that right some one plz correct me

The videos which went viral were in different niche from main videos? This can cause new subscribers on the channel who are not interested in the videos. And this the views drop for all videos.

One word. Shorts. YouTube Shorts are very unreliable, especially in the algorithm area.
There is no reason for you to discontinue the channel, just try something new. Maybe the algorithm will pick you up again.
