Web3 Phone Numbers?

Anyone know of any successful and legit Web3 phone numbers out there?

Only one currently i know is 3num.co and solanlab's saga which will expand into web3 numbers eventually

if anyone used 3num before, let me know your experiences.
0.015 eth a year is pretty cheap

besides TG's Tron web3
you can't use them outside of TG apparently.

So, why would you link your "main number" into your main web3 wallet.

Can you REALLY say you OWN that number you are currently using?
No, you can't.
#3, one of the biggest issues with SMS is Sim Jacking, with an web3 phone number, would that happen, very unlikely.

So, like all crypto things, gotta think outside the box & be strategic where your ntfs, coins and other goodies go

at the same time, technology is moving, international calling isn't as $$ as before, this aint the early 2000s anymore.
Alot of country nowdays have free international calling or even a ridiculous amount free each month that you wont be able to finish month over month.
Ontop of that, why would pricing be an issue, what is an average monthly phone plan $30, then scaled up when needed...
Lastly, why would the service be limited honestly? Google Voice, Skype Calls, lots of other VOIPs all have service globally. Technology may slightly differ per each service but the core features are the same.
Only main key difference is, you are now the owner of the number and you know you have ownership of the number.
Rather than renting and potentially losing it or being simjacked.

while there are some security flaws out there which caused wallets hacks
majority of the ones causing people being hacked are due to people itself being stupid, like stayed logged in and have auto-approval on for different sites.
Imagine being logged in 24/7 and accepting auto approvals to your bank account.
your $$ would be drained too.

leaving "auto approved"/"approved sites" empty when you are done with it.

What are web3 phone numbers? Never heard of them.

A phone # to which access/use is gatekept via NFT(s) using automated functions in (what I assume would be either) a thusly offered propriety wallet app or smart contracts on chain which verify NFT ownership and let said owner make calls and administrate the #. I’ve only been researching for his for 5 min b4 seeing this post and necro-ing it. Forgive inaccuracies plz.

technically I don’t think that the concept of a web2 number really exists , if anything ~telephony~ as it’s called, would be the incipient technology which web1 was built on, but that existed long before a proof of concept for anything near the interwebs of today.
