+95% Automated YouTube + TikTok Journey Using Python & AI

I've been spending a bunch of time growing tiktok profiles and YT channels focusing on shorts recently.

About 3 weeks ago it hit me that my video style could be automated so I paid a developer to code a prototype.

About 2 weeks ago I realized I should use OpenAI to help with variations and generation as well as file naming to make life easier as it scales.

And now here we are 4 days after having all the little automations done, at the starting point of starting to hammer hard.

The Current Situation:
- I have 95% or more of my workflow automated
- I have 6 channels focusing on making money online, 1 pet niche and 1 reddit based
- I have tiktok accounts for most of the channels
- Auto scheduling/publishing is being done via NinjaTok on tiktok
- YouTube scheduling is being done via one of my automations
- Video creation is silent style videos and done via automation
- I spent the last 4 days generating over 2,000 shorts, organizing and uploading/scheduling what I could (have some upload limits on certain channels)

The Gameplan This Week:
- Schedule up at least a month of content for each channel posting every 6 hours on YouTube
- Setup NinjaTok on schedule to post 2x/day on each TikTok account I have
- Finish generating the +3k video backlog to fill all the channels
- Test selling the video generation automation as a service to fund a VA dedicated to this

The Goal:
- Develop the bizop/MMO channels to +50k subs each so I can switch to long form content and scale them to +$20k/mo adsense revenue + affiliate/my offer revenue ($30-50k/mo)
- Develop the bizop/MMO tiktok accounts to +1m views/month to push traffic directly to my affiliate links/offers to hit +$10k/mo affiliate revenue
- Get the pet niche channel to +100k subs and switch to adsense + affiliate and long form content, this should sustain itself for growth/cashflow
- Get the reddit one to +$500/mo using the shorts fund monetization (+15M views/mo) and push that into further channel development

I've been able to get views with it, mostly lots of 500-800 view videos and a couple 1k-1.5k views.

Used later.com beforehand and it was abysmal. Killed my account

Any suggestions for better options though?

Depends on niche. MMO/bizopp seems to have a SUPER low view to sub ratio. Comparatively had +70 subs on 8k views on a manifestation channel.

Haven't had that issue yet, but I am not managing a ton of accounts using it, just a couple.

Yeah I wouldn't do Reddit, it's easy to tweak that app to use GPT input instead of Reddit.

Small Update
- Finished generating all the videos in the backlog
- All channels have videos scheduled and publishing, still working on getting them all up to a month scheduled though
- Going to test TikTok manual posting on the 2 MMO/bizopp accounts 2x/day for a week to see how it compares to NinjaTok/Later.com

- Reddit channel: 4.7k views, 3 subs
- Dog channel: 23k views, 764 subs
- Main MMO channel: 88k views, 1468 subs (+97 in the last few days)
- Published over 150 videos in the last 3 days across channel

I'll update the other channels as they have major updates

Tiktok Updates - stats are rolling 7 days:
- Tiktok MMO main account - 10k views, 41 followers
- Tiktok MMO backup - 471 views, 1 followers
- Tiktok MMO faceless - 21k views, 68 followers

I'm inspired guys! after yesterday I made a video that took me 4+ hours when its a simple type of video, I think I might look to automate them. I have 50 to do, so maybe spend 40-50 hours on a solution, which is the equivalent of doing 10, and then the rest I can do with automation, and have the ability to scale up. Best of luck @backz

Above, I hired a developer to make the scripts for me because nothing got quite 100% there. It's still not 100%, but next month I have him another 30 hours to finish off the coding to further automate.

Day 4 Update
- Celeb long form channel launched - 1 video, 1 view but literally published 1 min ago - still happy!
- Reddit channel: 8.1k views, 6 subs
- Dog channel: 24k views, 764 subs
- Main MMO channel: 89k views, 1,479 subs
- Secondary personal channel launched: 2k views last 48hrs, 17 subs

Tiktok Updates - stats are rolling 7 days:
- Tiktok MMO main account - 9.9k views, 36 new followers
- Tiktok MMO backup - 1192 views, 1 new followers
- Tiktok MMO faceless - 17k views, 51 new followers

I'm lagging a TON on tiktok because I decided to test fully manual posting. It's a ballache. So TBD if it will work well. May need to outsource to a VA and get them on a US VPN to see how it goes.
