OK, so forgive my stupid... I wonder if you'd explain to me in some detail how this works to give me more traffic. I understand that you would create accounts and make posts in them. What causes people to come to those accounts and read those posts?

I am truly ignorant about social bookmarking for marketing purposes (that's why I'm in this thread looking for someone to do it for me). I just need to understand what is the benefit of this service.
