It will depend on the service provider, but most of the time you'll get a unique IP address. You should contact whatever provider you're thinking of using to clarify though. Your IP address can be tracked whenever you access anything on the internet, just like browsing via your phone or home PC. The only thing that might identify your IP as a virtual PC would be the provider it's assigned to. If it comes from a datacenter then it's possible you'll be classed as an RDP, proxy, VPN or bot, depending on what you're doing.
