its not restricted just messaging disabled.

You cannot fix it, you will need to wait the 30 days and next time don't abuse that feature.

Try to find a sweat spot where you can send enough messages but don't overdo it so you don't get restricted again.

How do I get rid of 30 day block on Facebook?

Right now you can't message people from that FB page. It may be because you have spammed too many times and it is also possible that the FB page is violating the Fb policy
