The sales thread on BHW: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/7...7-surferseo-basic-7-canvapro-7-moz-7.1444683/

I bought an Adobe CC package on his website with access to all apps for 12 months. Unfortunately, I only had access to the apps once. It's the third time now that I can't access the apps I paid for. He is blaming his seller for this faulty account, but I bought it from him, not his seller. After I raised the issue again, he ignored me for days and is ignoring me once again.

I want my money back since I lost trust in this seller and he doesn't come up with solutions.

  • Proof that the business transaction began on BHW. A link to the conversation or post will suffice.

Eventually I got forwarded from his thread to his website, and purchased there:

Sad result over such a small sum, hope he knows he can get his account back if he refunds you as that may, and hopefully will, be enough incentive for him to make this right, sorry for your loss here and I hope you recover what is owed in due time.

I am curious about this issue as it relates to Section 10: Third-Party Products of the BHW Marketplace rules.

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/the-black-hat-world-marketplace-rules.1295700/#post-13962692
"There are some third-party products members try to sell on the forum. In the case of these third-party, we'll require the seller to present an official reseller's license that can be verified with the entity to prove that the seller is authorised to distribute or resell these products."

Is this a service where the user would need to prove they are an official reseller? If not, why not?

to me, any sum is worth disputing over if you don't get what you paid for. scammers, and people who don't have their shit together, should be taken to task so that they don't continue to do this practice and hurt other community membe
Exactly this.

Guess not enforced at all, since lots of ppl selling trial/edu accounts and they 100% have no reseller's license.

The seller should have solved this. Cost for replacement would have costed him under $5 as per my experience in this field.

Why is the BST still left open?
