How much do you pay AdSense taxes?

so i'm not from the US and when i created the adsense account at first i didn't fill any tax forum...
not every monthly payment, adsense takes 30% cut from all US views i got
so if you get $100 and 30% of your views came from the US then adsense only pays you $70.

my question is for US and non-US citizens here, how much do you pay and is there a way to reduce it?

please share your experiences and thoughts on how this works

I neve heard that adsense also deducts tax on earning. It is calculated and submitted by creators all over the world and adsense has no control over it.

Idk to be honest, I got over $200 from YouTube Shorts fund when it was active and they never took % from my money, maybe because I am from Europe and not US, but if you are from US they will take % I think, I'm not sure, though.

check the screenshot above (whatever this U.S Ch.3 Tax is) when i created the account i just clicked on "i'm not us citizen" and that's it.
there are also treaties between countries and it's a whole mess.

I got the form number wrong.
Because you're not an American, you need to fill a W8 form (Americans fill a W9). This tells american authorities that they should not tax you.

I also went through all that but adsense still taxes me as much as yours

Adsense does not tax my income from YouTube. But later I file taxes for this income by including it in my total income.
