I have started re-writing the content.

Though I do not understand how I can re-write scientific language. Its funny.

Can I please know how many times I can submit the site for approval?

Like 2 time denied then I cant apply?
or is it unlimited attempts?

I think you can apply as multiple times. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong. But I read someone got approved on his 4th try. But of course do your best first to solve the problem and then request AdSense again

Make sure your site is easy to navigate. Make sure your categories are clearly defined/distinct

You should have Privacy Policy, A Contact Us page, and an About Us page with a little info about the site

There is no official limit to how many times you could apply. However, don't keep banging the apply button. You need to take time and understand why they are rejecting your site. Like, are you using images on your blog that is copyrighted? or You are simply copy pasting articles from other website? or Does your content really provide any value or there are a multitude of websites answering the same query? You need to experiment to see what works for you. Good luck!

It's also a good idea to carefully rereview the AdSense policies before reapplying.

Thank you guys. I have started to rewrite everything on my blog. Like redoing all the 65 blogs and adding more into it because I can’t stop my visitors from visiting the knowledge based blog.

I will go for the next attempt after redoing.
No rush. I want my Adsense up and running. That’s all

Similarly, did you include all required pages & whether your content contains family-friendly articles without any prohibited words?

i got approved in 1 week and a half. my niche is fitness with good quality articles and meta tags applied on all tags. i also added google tag managed code

Low-value content can also include categories and menu structure. You are saying that it has scientific content, and if it's genuine, I think that's your problem. Ensure that each category contains at least six posts that are directly related. Also, make sure your navigation is user-friendly.

And as some people have told you before, don't apply again before creating the "privacy policy" and working "contact" pages. An "about us" section would be beneficial too, but not mandatory.

No problem, you're good to go.

Family-friendly is subjective in my opinion. Pharma sector might have certain sensitive broad/generic/exact kws to be mentioned - could you proof-read through the content again?

Highly likely, there's specific wordings not to be included; abstract science (non-proven/conspiracy etc.) health products/services, qualified/certified pharmacy-related advice (unless you're certified), unauthorized used of brands etc.

When a website is submitted for AdSense approval, it is firstly analysed by their algorithms and if it passes their algorithms clear, then the website gets approved in 2 to 3 days.
If it takes longer than 2 to 3 days, this means the website triggered something in their algorithms, to roll-over the website for manual human review, which can take upto a week, more than a week, upto a month or more than a month : Whatever goes into manual reviews for any product or service of Google, can take an unpredictable amount of time, as Google is usually under-staffed and infact they have been firing more employees lately.
