Yep, that was my impression too, but maybe just because I am too technical, and was expecting him to show people step by step how to build a website!

That shit was crazy as that's definitely the highest CPM to revenue ratio that I've ever seen with over 1 million views on a video. Dude basically made over $77k USD on that video to-date.

I've been concentrating on getting my RPM/CPM up lately and figuring out what niche could give me a consistently high CPM like this and I'm still having trouble figuring it out because I've tried so many of them but I'm still getting low CPMs.
