can I resell a non-self published ebook on Amazon kdp or draft2digital ?

so basically I have some ebook not self published and I was just wondering instead of publishing them in my online store, am I allowed to resell them on Amazone or draft2digital.
ps I don't have their license

You have two options here, scrap these ebooks and look for PLR ebooks and try to resell those, or you can go through these eBooks you found and put them in your own words by paraphrasing and adding your information to them, and then you can sell these.
