How to avoid Facebook Ban?

Hello folks. I had a warmed account and I sent links only on private message. I use url shortener Bitly.
I dont spam pm I just reply on people who messages me. Is the reason coz I use Bitly or coz I copy paste text message and link inside or its coz I send to many messages? How to avoid account disabled? I would like to use 10 accounts and to send around 20-30 messages from each one each day. Please any suggestion how to make set up which will at least descrease ban %. Thanks folks!

Facebook is too strict on sharing 3rd party link as they want that users should advertise only from facebook instead of sending link so try to change redirection for ex first redirect to another social media after it to the destination page.

Do not use bitly
Use those links that public figures uses, costly but can give you success.

I think it's caused by your frequent sending of messages as well as links that are considered by social media administrators as sending spam. In fact, if you want to operate multiple accounts, you need to fix one IP address for each account and control yourself to send only between 5 - 10 pieces of content per day. This way you can avoid any account anomalies.
If you need to get a different IP address, I suggest you use morelogin. By creating a different IP address through morelogin and then logging into your account with morelogin, you can prevent your account from being banned to a great extent.
