What do you mean by nationwide? Like your post is reveal global and not in specific place?

Like searching for an item on marketplace, but switching between 6-8 cities and set to 500 miles to cover the entire US. I do it once a day all within 20 minutes. But that starts getting your searches limited or no results after a few consecutive days of doing it. Would appreciate any tips you may have, proxygo
