Is VideoStat Any Good? (Content ID Bypass Tool I Think?)

I was reading a thread about some guy who got 120,000 subs by just reuploading movies without content ID claim and within that thread, I noticed some a video about a tool called VideoStat that apparently helps your video bypass any visual content ID claims, but when I investigated further, they're selling the program via email or telegram for $29. I wanted to know if anybody had any experience the service and if it's any good.

Thank you for the share. What are the settings that worked best for you?
I mean the ones that make some changes but still output a good quality video without too much distortion?
I am thinking about the user experience.

This tool comes from Pakistan, it works but the movie is impossible to watch with a lot of zooms, back shots, shifted sound etc... the result is not at all convincing !
