Because google like to stay the best search engine and they know many users buy backlinks but maybe the website (performance and content) is worst that was the reason for this google seo update, because they want good performance and content on top in search results for users to stay the best search engine

Backlinks will never be useless. Buying stupid backlinks all over is bad, but Google will love you if your backlinks are natural.

I don't get into that scenario, you have to be a little crazy to get into a scenario like that (I used the word as an example, friend).

I look for profitable KW in terms of competition and traffic.

ok so in part 1 you asked the AI to tell you what people are searching for, but if you already know this by doing keyword research then why ask the AI?
