What do you think guys? what major changes can google make on 2023? will Black hat SEO vanished?

If we talk about the big changes in SEO field then according to me there is no big updates regarding this. But google can make their algorithm updates which affects the SEO. You can also mind gooogle algorthims and then make your SEO strategy in 2023 to make better results.
 
Black Hat SEO would last long , Google would be keep updating its algo but blackhat would be keep coming with some new techniques to overtake google policies
 
There will always be a place for "black hat" SEO. People will always discover new ways to get around rules and regulations.

Black hat SEO will not varnish like you may be thinking as long as people use search engines. Instead people will focus more and more on the new rules and regulations and come up with new idea. Till then, let's wait and see what's going happen.
 
Black hat will never vanish, it just becomes harder every year.

I don't think AI written content is going away next year

I don't think we'll see another link spam update next year either

I think next year Google is going to go after local SEO more

Yes, very true.
People will somehow find some method to do blackhat SEO and rank on Google.
But as I have seen this year(2022), google has announced many algorithms and all of them have had great impacts on both sides. I have seen lots of sites that have lost their millions of traffic to zero. So, it's time, that people are considering more unique and different techniques to follow the rules and provide user-friendly content. in 2023, there will be some changes but Google has always said one thing only to create user-friendly content. If you do so you can rank well on it.
 
Like content AI, more and more SEO tasks will be automated in 2023 as digital marketers continue to leverage the power of enterprise SEO software platforms and tools. For example: Keyword research tools can automate tasks that once required a lot of manual spreadsheet work.

Blackhat seo will not vanish. But the credibility of SEO is what Google is trying to challenge. They want most bloggers to move to paid ads.
 
Given that content has become completely commodified (because of all the GPT tools etc) and Google doesn't seem to have a way to effectively detect AI content, IMO the SEO game will probably shift to a mix of social signals and links.
