Bing Ads Bid Strategy

When you launch a new Bing Ads campaign do you usually use the enhanced CPC bid strategy? That's what I usually do, but I'm wondering if that's actually the best option.

I did switch one of my campaigns over to use the 'Maximize Clicks' bid strategy. The campaign status currently says the following: Limited: Bid strategy is learning.

I'm currently not getting much for impressions and I'm getting zero clicks. How long does it usually take for the system to learn the bid strategy?
