The seller explains to you what budget to use to have the best performance and max spend. This account spends more than two times the normal budget allocated/threshold limit so it's really worth it. For the number of keywords I used 50 keywords and it's a grey hat niche I would say, it depends on how aggressive you are with your pre lander
