They are not trustworthy and do not honor anything. They said they were going to refill my orders then they deleted the message and changed there mind. Have to call my credit card company on them to get my refund. I have been asking for a refill for a almost a week with useless support.

I would not call them a scam, If you order always order with refill if you ordered without it is not their problem.
