Later on when I report here that more than 10 orders need to refill & they don't refill @Benjibenji1 has cancelled all of my orders without any warning.
When I PMed him (or her) here teh answer was:

It was a defective goods & customers like me was wasting their time and money.
I accepted to refund.
But I only got 51 USDT.
They must fully refund me because the service is not working.
I also reported that fraud to BH admins.

we partially refunded your orders and we sent your account balance refund to your crypto wallet and also we sent
the rest to your credit card our bank said that the refund will take up to 10 days
We all know that refunds to bank card take some time so hope your wait till the fund reach your bank
