So I got perma banned from reddit and my plan is to use a new IP and a whole different device. (I´ll get a new provider in a week)
My question is:

What should I do with my iPhone and my PC which are logged in into my banned accounts, because I dont want to "infect" my new IP?
Is it enough to just log out of the accounts and delete the app? And what should I do with my PC? Just log out?

I´ll use my iPad for reddit and I never used reddit on it.

If you're using app on phone, then it's a little harder, because it can read your phone data, and possibly detect you even with changed ip, I'm not sure.
But to be safe, for sure, do not open the app, clear the data and cache (again, not sure how to do it on iphone, I am using android), then delete the app, and redownload.

As for PC, clearing cache/cookies/savedpasswords will clear all data related to the website. The next time you open up the site it will ask you to login. If you're using your new ip, your new account PROBABLY won't get flagged.

Worth mentioning I've found some luck using Incogniton browser (it's a non-track browser, and it's free if you're using up to 10 profiles). Helps you stay anonymous and not leak something that potentially will get you banned.

BUT...
Incogniton probably is overkill and not needed.

Hope I helped a bit.

Thanks for your answer.

I guess you misunderstood something, I want to use my iPad for my new account which has never been logged into any reddit account.

I always used my iPhone and my PC before but I want to be sure not to "infect" my new IP address cuz I guess they may be banning devices too.
So I just want to delete all reddit data on my phone and my PC and Im asking whats the best way to do it haha.

I wont ever log into any reddit account on these 2 devices, but I just wanna be sure

oh yeah, then deleting the app on iPhone, and preferably clearing cache/cookies on PC will definitely do the job. (just to be safe, but you'd probably be fine either way)

okay thank you.
Do you think using the same iCloud Account on my "banned" iPhone and the iPad I want to use will affect anything?

I just really want to be sure there´s no connection haha

They seem to have had some raid yesterday...all accounts I was using under one computer were banned, even though they had nothing to do with each other, not doing for any shady things...but one got banned...and a little later they banned them all. And appeals didn't change anything, since most reddit mods are as mature as a 6 year old or worse. I am losing faith in humanity...people are getting dumber by the day now. And when that comes along with power, we have a dangerous combination.

Yes the admins are literally lazy dumb kids. Appeals aint doing nothing.
But I guess if Im using a new device, a new ip and a new account it should work.

Im lucky cuz Im getting a new internet provider in like a week anyways.

I just want to delete everything reddit related on my pc / my iphone so I dont infect the new ip

you can use anty dolphin on your PC or clear the cache and cookies on your phone's browser - new ip is obvious for both.

reddit is quite lenient so it shouldn't be a problem with these setups^

Okay so deleting the reddit app on my phone and clearing the cache and cookies on my pc should be enough not to infect the new IP?

I wont use these 2 devices for my new reddit account anyways, I´ll use my new iPad, I just want to be sure anything related to the blocked accounts is deleted on all my devices.

if you're using your Ipad with a new IP it's enough

as for the other devices yes, clear cache, cookies and get a new finger print (install a new browser on the phone/pc)
Good luck :)

I'm not sure what happened or why all your accounts were banned but reddit is usually quiet lenient - no problem with you creating multiple accounts even using same local IP, as long you're not using it to cross-promote your other accounts or posts or if you get permabanned from a sub, to then go back to that sub. Just don't do that. The latter is the only reason I got a ban on an account 'for no reason' as many would attempt to put it, but it was only a temp suspension as a 'warning' and the reaso was stated. I mean this is if you're using it for 'authentic' purposes, as OP appears to be and not IM... If latter then all bets are off as to why / how they all got whitewashed.

Yeah I used the app on my phone not the browser but should I really use a new browser on my pc even though I wont be using it for the new account? To be safe safe?

I mean only when using the new account, there’s no need to switch otherwise

Yo I'm new to this site but in need of lots of reddit accounts - do you have any way to reach you to talk about an order, like discord or something? I dunno how to message on here

Okay so I deleted the app on my phone and deleted all my cache and cookies on all my browsers. I hope it´ll work with the new iPad and the new IP and ofc a new reddit account

And does anybody know what I should pay attention to on my new account? Not subbing to the same subs as the banned accounts etc? Or doesnt it matter cuz I have a whole new IP and device?

If you have a completly new account with new fingerprint etc. you can do whatever you want with it.
