buy aged domain with high pagerank. And creating a site will be easy to get keyword rankings on Google

@nepzworld You have to have an authority site to be able to get indexed quickly. There are lots of guides and tutorials available in BHW how to make your site an authorative one. People who replied above to increase DA/PA, ranking, social shares, etc. are saying it right. If you do proper SEO of your site then Google will understand that you regularly publish valuable content. So it will start indexing your content soon.
thank you for the suggestion, but my question is different, people are using third party url they don't own to post their content and are indexing very fast.

they have hacked the website , uploaded an HTML page and then index it, video is not there but google think its a video

its general site where we can upload html file, its not a hack. how are they indexing those html files?
I used to do 1 year back, I used to mass spam comment google approved news site (where comment is auto approved) or post it to google approved news site which you own (again spam it post and comment) and using google webmaster for index.
No idea whether it still works or not.

yaa indexing technique always changes, I used to keep monitoring these link, after 4-5 days sometime ahrefs catches the backlink, and also sometime you can search the URL in google to find the backlink.
Once you find it you need to spam till google fix it

Yes, I have been following it for more than a month now, and no backlinks are caught by ahref or even shown in google,

This is the way it works for me as well.Strong domain + google news approved will index your pages within 5 min
but will it index third party url too? and if it does, won't ahref catch the backlinks?
what i used to do, I used to delete the post (delete URLs in that post) as soon as 3rd party URL gets indexed, so after that no one can catch it.
in what type of site do you use to post those 3rd party urls?
but at least once in a while ahref will catch it, isn't it?
