I tried posting link in google news site, submiting in search console , but still I am not able to index my links like the one above. Can anyone please guide me how to achieve that kind of quick indexing result?

It depends on the site DA/PA keyword rank, traffic. Google index top sites almost immediately.

Also you should verify your website for google news.

the thing is, yes if we have google news approved, the article of the google news website is indexed within 5 minutes but we are talking about parasite link or 3rd party links .

did you mean index a webpage and not a backlink? Live streams usually index very fast since it is live stream....after all how can people get it live if google wont index them

yes its webpage, buts its simple html file where it embeds youtube video... I did the same but indexing api, embeding in youtube live stream, submitting sitemap, including in google news website .. nothing is helping me to index
