Stick with it, YouTube isn't a get rich quick scheme (unless you have a ridiculous budget). It takes time, dedication and engaging content.

If your crating HQ content the views will come with consistency... If your content sucks then it starts there... Gone are the days of reuploading or doing minimal editing IMO. Most videos are very well put together now, very cinematic lots of cool subtle edits, all that stuff does is increase engagement and watchtime which is crucial.

The best way is to provide quality content that people are interested in. There's no other way around it. If you don't have a niche or produce videos of stuff that isn't popular, then your growth will be slow.
