They once suspended my hosting because the server was in a country where they had to abide by the DMCA. They migrated the server to Luxembourg or some other country afterwards, and I never had any problems after that. Although, Godaddy seized my domain after that.

It was shared hosting, don't remember the location now. You better talk to their support.

GoDaddy is bad for domains. Abstain from using them. You got what you buy.

Hosted with Shinjiru. It's not fully DMCA ignored host as they take complaints from Malaysian authorities and take down content if someone complaints directly to Malaysian authorities. Else, they are fine.

Right, never trust in Hosting that says the opposite in Terms of Service or AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy) even if livechat told you that is fine.
People should follow always the rules of hosting to avoid any "suspended when they want".

Flokinet allows that and you are right.
