I get an error when registering (screenshots below). I think the problem is in the IP purity. But I can't find normal Socks5 for registration, like NSocks, or RScoks.

I got the code, entered it, Google wrote that everything is OK, but after pressing Finish, nothing happens, and prompts me to reselect the number.
I would be grateful for help in solving the problem!

It may be your IP problem. It may be Gmail problem and it may be your number problem. Google Voice number is not added if any of the three problems.

Ditch the public SOCKS5; they're usually burnt. Try residential proxies, or even a clean mobile hotspot if you're just doing a few.

I just did this recently. Here's how I signed up for Google Voice:

1. I logged into my Google account.
2. I used a U.S. IP with a VPN.
3. I went to voice.google.com.
4. I picked a U.S. number from the list.
5. I used a U.S. phone to verify it.
6. After that, it was ready to use.

It worked fine for me.
