What is the best way to index 500K pages rapidly?

That would not be practical for 500k posts

OP could use the google API combined with RankMath index now feature (limit to 200 indexing a day).
I would not recommend this method though as if you have 500k blog posts, I assume they are kind of "spam" content and/or duplicate.

Safer option is to just let google index these at their own pace (assuming you are confident in the quality of your content).

No idea why people generate and post 500k blog posts with no idea how to index them. Why not start small with 100-200 and go from there.

Are you internally linking these pages well?

First step would be getting setup on search console and submitting your sitemap. That would at least let Google know they are there.

Then you need some strong internal linking between pages.

Once you've done that, pick a few you want to index and manually index them in search consol (not all just a few). Then pick a 100 of those and put it through an index service.

When Google starts indexing the ones you've tried to index, it will then start picking up the other pages because of the internal linking. It will take time but with 500k pages what can you expect.

Option 2: If you have the money, just use an index service for all the pages.

Google's algorithm has been using AI years before it was public. Without the posts being indexed, how do you believe anybody that would backlink to them, be able to find them? That's what Google thinks before it gets its big dirty black marker out.

Googles crawlers are back to pre 2010 levels thanks to the influx of AI content and bots etc. Just be patient.
