This shitlist is brought against @Conjecting in respect of his BST:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/m...-and-over-again-the-perfect-solution.1440732/ where he misrepresented his ebook, made inaccurate claims and as such his product is not as advertised.
1. Proof the other party has been informed of this shit list:

2. Proof of Contact:
Conjecting has never been difficult to get hold of and you can see our entire conversation here:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/conversations/discounted-copy.21984335/
3. Proof of Transaction:

4. Summary of Dispute:
a. In order for the method in this BST to work it is necessary to be able to gather lots of prospect data of newly formed companies by their date of incorporation and ideally their type of business.
b. Conjecting states his prospecting method “yields tens of thousands of new businesses per day” and accessing that sort of volume of data is essential for the claims in his BST to be achieved by all.
c. Sadly the prospecting method explained only really works in the USA and in only 1 state, Virginia can you get both data points. When I searched by business incorporation date only Rhode Island, Montana and the US Virgin Islands actually provided it and all total just a few hundred per day.
d. I gave Conjecting the opportunity to update his ebook to show how you can find the data points required for “tens of thousands of new businesses per day”. Conjecting refused.
e. I opened this shitlist because the product is not as advertised and it is not possible to achieve the claims Conjecting made in his BST due to substantial flaws and limits in his prospecting method.
5. Evidence of the Issue:
Below is the evidence of how Conjecting misrepresented his ebook, made inaccurate claims and as such his product is not as advertised.
You can see the claims made in the BST Here:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/m...-and-over-again-the-perfect-solution.1440732/

Below is a spread sheet of where I followed Conjecting’s method to find new businesses registered by date and industry type.
As you can see in our conversation Conjecting states his method “yields tens of thousands of new businesses per day”. Unfortunately it does not and only works in the USA.

Highlighted in green is where I found both data points.
Virginia - 348 new businesses registered on 14 September
Highlighted in yellow are where I could search newly formed businesses by date only.
(I originally thought there were 5 states, but it transpired there are only 3)
Montana – 0 new businesses registered on 14 September
Rhode Island – 80 new businesses registered on 14 September
Virgin Islands – 3 new businesses registered on 14 September
Total = 431 (not “tens of thousands of new businesses per day” as claimed.)
I chose 14 September to get the results above as this is before 27 September, the date the BST launched, as Conjecting should have been aware of the prospecting issues before launching.
Conjecting also recommends only contacting companies who have a website but no registered social media accounts. This limits the prospect pool even further.
The reason is that his method is to cybersquat a new companies social media names and so create hundreds, if not thousands, of social media accounts, to sell to them. Unfortunately he also does not explain how to do that, which for a beginner, is actually quite a hard thing to do.
As a result of using the prospecting method described by Conjecting it is impossible for this claim in his BST to be true “I think $10k per month is attainable for even a beginner.” There is simply not enough new businesses that you can actually get the data needed using the prospecting method described by Conjecting.
This situation is made worse with every copy of his ebook sold, as Conjecting is saturating his own limited market, claiming in his conversation with me he sold hundreds. This is in direct contrast to his claim: “The service itself can also never saturate, because almost EVERY business is a potential customer (assuming they haven’t fixed the problem themself/don’t know it exists). I also incorporate a multitude of tools you can utilize to streamline this entire process and effectively create a cash cow.” His prospecting method/tool is far too limiting for that to be the case.
There can be many reasons why you fail to hit income goals when following a method like this. But one of them should never be the prospecting method you purchased cannot deliver anywhere near the amount of leads both claimed and required.
When I explained the prospecting issues to Conjecting he said there are none, his existing prospecting method “yields tens of thousands of new businesses per day”, so he will not update his ebook. Instead the issue is me and that as his competitor I am simply trying to sabotage his sales.
I am not a competitor trying to “sabotage sales”. I am a paying customer who was missold an ebook.
6. What you hope to gain from this shit list:
As it stands, due to limitations of getting prospecting data, the method is just a side hustle to make a few $hundred per month and not a scalable business that “yields tens of thousands of new businesses per day” where “$10k per month is attainable for even a beginner” , as claimed.
a. I would hope that Conjecting updates his ebook for all buyers and explains a prospecting method that “yields tens of thousands of new businesses per day” as he stated. Then everyone will have the opportunity to achieve what was claimed in his BST: a never saturating market, where even a beginner can make $10,000 per month.
Should he fail to do that:
b. Offer a refund option to myself and all who purchased as he misrepresented the potential of his product in his BST, due to the substantial flaws and limits of his current prospecting method and so it is not as advertised.
c. His BST is amended to tell the truth about the scale of prospecting that is actually achievable with his method or he is prevented from selling any more copies.
