Badly affected by Google's recent update

Hello guys,
I am new here but now in the field of SEO. I found help nowhere to at last resorted here.
Last month, from 21st of October, my website lost 90% of its traffic. As of now, articles were original and images were also original. Some articles were Silo but the keywords were different. What do I need to do next in order to recover my traffic? I am feeling hopeless as of now. Please help me out!

Most of the sites in these niches were affected, I was affected in 5 webs.

I would say wait 1 month to see how it goes and if there is no change do a 301 to a new domain.

Not true at all.

I have sites with good rankings, so spam backlinks that got nuked. Also a ton of white hat competition got destroyed too.

You don't need a plugin to do the whole redirection, you just do it via .htacces.

This would be the code:

Change your theme, content, headings, Title meta descriptions Etc. and re-submit your sitemap file to GSC it will surely work.

If you do this kind of redirection, the website will be exactly as before, e.g.

oldsite.com/nike/shoes to newsite.com/nike/shoes

Mine site witnesses the same with a similar niche. It has dropped 30% of Traffic and Organic keywords in just 2 weeks and it doesn't seem to stop I'm still looking for a reason for this but now i think it might be the update fault

Many websites of original content and images got effect after Oct 21 updates of google. But these sites are coming back to their original condition gradually.
