You need to keep IPs up to date on all major databases!Hey buddy...
I have a range of Sprint (ASN 1239) proxies that I'm trying to use on Foot Locker. This range of IPs have a clean history with no prior abuse being reported, however they originally came from a datacenter provider before becoming a Sprint provider. The GEO has been updated on MaxMind, but still waiting for ip2location. When Footlocker does NOT have their bot protection up, these proxies work just fine. However, on hype item release days when they turn Bot Protection on, I get hit with a 429 error.
What I would like to know is does anyone know what GEO database / IP history database does Footlocker look at to determine if my range is clean and is coming from my Sprint ASN 1239. My guess is that Footlocker's Bot Protection software (QUE-IT) is still seeing my range of IPs as the old datacenter provider and not the new Sprint ASN. If I can find out which company Footlocker is pulling that information from, will help me resolve this issue.
Thank you,
JP
This is a procedure that can take up to 45 days!
Some of these databases are only updated once a month!
That's if these blocks aren't being advertised by you, you can't update the geolocation!
