The OP describes the app. A full automation suite of the tumblr site, program been going for probably close to 10 years. Plenty of reviews / talk of it in the BST and tumblr forum. Tumblr isn't the popular site it once was, but plenty of traffic still there for some niches.

If you want to automate tumblr, I'm not sure there are any other still maintained bots out there.
