Hello,

i'm 24 years old been like 3 months i'm like this crazy lazy, i can't work or even follow up with a single video before i hold my phone and start scrolling. i did well last 2 years was full of work and courage and achievements more than 6 figures Net Profit from IM + two Assets with monthly set cash flow.

but since this year my old method of working got shut down and i lost courage to keep working in same field. so, i had to find a new path in IM. and since then i start getting so lazy since i'm learning new things. i set what path i should take and what i want complete for rest of my life. but once i get into videos and learning i get so lazy and i can't finish anything.

i identified my first problem.
[+] Comfort Zone => Since i can't focus because of family getting into my room or friends calling me to go out.

and I'm working to solve it, going to move out soon changing city. and I'm looking for other suggestions. Thank you

ehhh didnt you made 6 figures + 2 monthly income assets? why are you living with your parents? do they need a caretaker for health reasons or something?
yes , it was health thing at first , but now they're good that's why i decided to move out

Uninstall the apps distracting you
Get a whiteboard and just start writing stuff down, To do, goals, reminders, random shit that you think of. Even if you dont do anything useful with what’s on the board - every morning you wake up and see the days you’ve spent not ticking your goals and to do’s off will just annoy you to the point you just say fk it and start being productive.

I prefer a whiteboard but you can use a book, phone reminders app, really anything you can write down and have it constantly be there for you to see your progress

You can't. You are fucked. You are destined to be a 50 year old fat loser with no money, living alone, sad, full of regret. Waking up in the morning with pain because all you do is eat crap and watch movies all day..

Picture that, or something equally dire.

The brain isn't very good at moving towards what it wants. It's much better at avoiding pain.

Imagine that's your life if you keep being lazy. Which it is in some form or another. If you spend the next 25 years living like that you're going to be in a pretty sorry state. Life is SHORT as fuck. It will fly. You've got 15 good years left before you're middle aged. Don't waste it.

I love this statement. It is actually a psychological tricks; we human tend to avoid losses more than gains. However, op should look for what drives him ask yourself “what do I want to archive so bad?”

It might be car or a house then use that drive to go hard. Look it not all about changing location you might end up spending your money for nothing, if you can make changes where you are currently, guess what? there is no way you can do the same by moving.

Lastly, surround yourself with people who want the same thing like you; it can be virtually in a group have conversations with people. And try going to the library or a coffee shop and work for 1hr daily then come back home and scroll your phone but that 1hr should be used efficiently. Do all this and you will be fine. Cheers

all this, and isolate yourself from what distracts you. physical isolation i mean. shorten time spent on games and enjoyment. if you find this difficult, use apps like focusme to force yourself.

i feel you. but for now i feel like it's the my zone . i think since i achieved much from my surrenders of friends at this age. i couldn't get to know people reach more than me to make me feel small and do more . that's why i'm trying to change my location reaching a new place meeting new people .

going for it and i will try it for sure, from what you said and after checking my screen time it's more because of Social Media and notification so i will try to turn off my phone and i'm going for it to get back in track

you can block out specific pages, limit your time, etc. i recommend focusme, but freedom is a thing too. and stay focused is great for mobile only. just take the nuclear choice and focus your willpower where it matters.

Lol you're right. My advice is before making decisions to move try out all these advice first, it just like telling yourself “I will be happy when I get married or when I get that Job”

guess what?

That happiness will come but it won't last, you will go back to same state. So try at the stuff we just said first then when you cool with it then you can decide to move out... I'm actually saying from experience it does always work the way we think.

Find something you can do for the living. I would recommend something related to marketing as that's usually easier than engineering or being a medic.

Then make a side hustle. With marketing skills, it will be easier than you think to grow your side hustle.

There are a lot of great side hustles on the forum. Think of one side hustle during your walks and while scrolling social media.

In the beginning you will make little to no money, but in 2 - 3 years you will be on the track you will have hard time to get off from.

Your current track and assumptions it will last were wrong. It derailed you. Switch lanes. Mix white hat and black hat. Money is in the grey area.

Get a daily routine of working, whether it's 9-5 or doing freelance gigs. That's the most important thing. Plus aforementioned side hustle.

I did just the above past years and I don't care neither about social media posts, nor about playing games.

It didn't save me from financial trouble though cause I invested a f*k ton of time to learn skills and be able to grow my businesses in the future. I spent too little time on getting results using my skills.

I had also mental health problems. If you can't motivate yourself to stop doing certain things, check if you have all minerals and vitamins.

I lacked magnesium, vitamin D plus had social problems. It was really serious. My mood was so out of whack I felt on the verge of insanity. With this, it's easy to explain why I lacked focus and focused on studying instead of working for so long.

No skill could help me in that situation. Only a doctor plus my own intellect to help me get out of that.

So balance is something you definitely should think about. Don't go into 14 hours a day work mode. Do your work only if it's something productive.

I was the same as you before some time. What worked for me was this formula:
1-close all your social media profiles and videogames and youtube etc, not uninstall, but totally close them.
2-start to eat healthy foods.
3-create a plan when you will wake up and when you will sleep, follow that even if the world is burning down.
4-tell friends and family you have some work to do to not bother you or better go into another house like 20min drive away at least.
5-if you do the 4 above your body and mind will start to crave for some activity, there you have it your motivation for work.

Well i think its also a subconstient self image .Before you go to sleep ,vixualize in your mind how you are productive and you work hard ,you finish your tasks and you get results .Do this everytime before you sleep and imediatly when you wake up ,the thing its that you must continue to do it even if you dont see noticeable results ,because the subconstient its not programed in just 1 week .Rome wasnt build in one day
Also find your why ? This will move your focus to your desires and your dream and you will see in your mind the benefits of achiving your dream and it will give you more power to stop laziness

Take some walks, do some nootropics (don't do some novel crap though like noopept and don't expect it to blow your head like alcohol or weed would) and think what you should do.

Start with something so simple as dark chocolate, caffeine (can be coffee) and some magnesium - it supports nervous system, so you get stamina boost if you feel low.

Your intellect will reveal to you. Think more using conceptual thinking etc.

Picture your life a lot. Get some results at the same time to stay optimistic.

Have a vision what it'll be like in 5 and 10 years. Make it positive and put it in opposite of something negative, but don't go to that negative side...

To me, listening to music helps a lot. It stimulates my brain a lot. I can overdo it, but with the right balance, I feel like the man I want to be.

In my opinion you have to get three things sorted out: your physical health, mental health and people around you. Each of those things contributes like 20%.

Bad people, bad health can ruin everything though.

If it doesn't help, you have to search some more. If everything fails, get more caffeine.

Don't worry about that. On BHW there is always someone smarter than you. :)

What’s uncomforable early becomes comfortable later..

You are young and life is long, and there is time to kill today. And then one day you find ten years have got behind you. No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

Future visualization

  1. What will Future-Me do?
  2. Start your day by asking “Hey, Future Me, what can I do today to help you out?”
The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.
  • Every action is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.
  • Being successful is rarely about your ability to plan - it's about your ability to act.

There is only ONE way to stop being lazy and that is >>> Stop being lazy.
As simple as that.

i think it's food too and waking up early these days. since i stopped going to gym and my food is all oily food and too much food coma and waking up late . i think i should fix it as soon as possible from tomorrow
Don't worry about that. On BHW there is always someone smarter than you. :)
that's why i'm always going back here seeking to see something different
  1. Start your day by asking “Hey, Future Me, what can I do today to help you out?”
i will set a note with these questions in my board to see it everymorning

thank you all

To be honest, once you get married then you're immediately hard-working or your kids will be hungry. Find a wife to stop laziness.
Sad but true
